This highly collaborative role is responsible for developing, executing, implementing, and monitoring programs and initiatives to align Legal Services people, processes, and technology. Working with multidisciplinary teams where a wide range of expertise in change management, project management and communications is required.

What you will do:
Develop and deploy Agile and Prosci-based plans that focus on the people side of change for projects of moderate to large size and complexity with cross functional work streams that involve changes to business processes, systems, and technology.

Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities including communications and training through compelling strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders that inspire change and drive adoption of processes, tools, and technology; measures and monitors the progress of change against the expected goals of the change initiative, risk mitigation.

Work independently with LS leadership, business partners and technical teams to establish an effective change network for disseminating information to impacted users.

Mentor and advise Legal Services stakeholders on ownership of legal systems and processes, drives standardization and increased sharing of best practices across the department.

Foster competencies to deploy self-organizing teams to identify, design and deploy continuous improvement opportunities.

Leverage data collection methods and tools to support the assessment, recommendation, and prioritization of strategic development opportunities; maintenance and identification of performance indicators; timely and useful analysis and input on gaps and recommended mitigations, opportunities, and prioritization; delivers operations management reports.

Who you are:
you have University degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Economics, Law, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Communications, Education) or relevant experience.

you have 6+ years of related broad business experience; experience focused on large and/or transformational process change, and management is required. Digital transformations, system upgrades, migrations experience is considered an asset.

You have experience with technical writing and process development.

Graphic design skills are asset. Proficiency working with applications such as Microsoft Office products (e. Word, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Power BI is an asset)

Can stand-in for the Supervisor, Performance & Strategy as required.
