Specialty Finance Manager- RV

Vision RV is looking to expand our Team for the ongoing RV Season, and fill an RV Specialty Finance Manager (sub prime) position. The successful candidate will be a team player who can provide exceptional customer service in professional, fun atmosphere.

The RV industry provides a fantastic income in a relaxed, happy environment. For this position, we are looking for a finance wizard that is very strong in sales, and able to work deals back to front. We average 140 leads a month, year round. This is a Specialty Finance Manager position and individuals need to be skilled in both prime and non-prime approvals. Ideally, some knowledge of RVs, an interest in camping and the outdoors would be helpful.

We have been in business since 1991, and opened a BRAND NEW STATE OF THE ART DEALERSHIP last year. We are also under new management, and are looking for career minded individuals that are positive, upbeat, and embrace our family values.

Requirements:

• AMVIC license required
• Automotive or R.V. Experience a necessity
• Amazing work life balance with great hours, 5 day work week.
• Minimum 2 years F&I experience
• Team Player
• Good presentation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to embrace technology- email, Microsoft Word, Excel and Social Media
